Cooperatives
Cooperatives; established in order to protect the specific economic interests of the shareholders and especially the needs of their profession and livelihoods with their legal personality, by means of mutual aid, solidarity and bail, mutual and established partnerships established by natural and legal persons are called co-operatives. Cooperatives are established by the articles of association signed by at least 7 partners.

The following should be included in the articles of association
- Approval date of the Articles of association,
- The title and centre of the cooperative,
- The aim of the cooperative and its activity subjects.
- The status and conditions of the partnership.
- The amount of the share of the shareholders and payment of the cooperative capital, cash payment of at least 1/4 of the cash in advance.
- Whether the partners put capital in kind.
- The responsibility and status of the partners due to the obligations of the cooperative.
- The duties, powers and responsibilities of the executive and supervisory bodies of the cooperative.
- Provisions for the representation of the cooperative.
- Calculation and use of annual income and expenses differences.
- Founders name, surname T.R Identification numbers, business and home addresses.

(As per the law no. 7099, the Signature statement and the Signature statement drawn up from the notary publics will not be accepted because it will be made in the presence of the commercial registry directorate).
