K1 Authorization Certificate
According to a certain timetable and/or without a specific timetable, it is given to the good transporters.
The natural persons applying for the K1 authorization certificate must have at least 1 unit of self-owned vehicle for the transportation of recorded and registered goods, the total weight of the self-owned towing vehicles and the maximum loaded weight of the automobile trucks and self-propelled vans should not be less than 25 tons.
Legal entities, including cooperatives, who apply for a K1 authorization certificate, have at least 2 units of self-owned vehicles for the registration of commercially recorded and registered goods, and the total weight of the self-owned towing vehicles and the maximum loaded weight of the automobile trucks and self-propelled vans should not be less than 50 tons.
In calculating the minimum capacity, only the motor vehicles are taken into account when determining the tonnage values. For those vehicles with a weight of more than 40 tonnes and a weight of more than 40 tonnes, the maximum loaded weight of trucks with a maximum load of more than 32 tonnes is considered as 32 tonnes.
For the commercial purposes, the rate of discount applied to the authorization fee is determined as 75% for the transportation of goods carried by vehicles not exceeding 3,500 kg.

- 75% discount for Total Loaded Weight of vehicles not exceeding 3,500 Kg
- K1 Authorization Certificate Fee: 2500. TL.
Important Note: For the document and vehicle card charges to be deposited in the bank, the payment number must be obtained from our Chamber. Payments made without payment number will be invalid. Therefore, those who want to receive a document must apply to our Chamber before depositing any fee to the Bank.
