SRC Certificate

Commercial vehicle (B, C, D, and E type of driving documents and commercial vehicles used) for those who use the vehicle without the SRC type Vocational Qualification Certificate is determined and if the company uses the vehicle of the authority that has the authority given by the Ministry, the company is imposed an administrative fine and the penalty for warning.

Those who have a driving license after 25.02.2003 will be entitled to receive a certificate from the Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Communications, by participating in the training at the Training Centres.

In accordance with the Temporary Article 2 of the Vocational Training on Vocational Qualification for Road Transport (KTFMYE) Regulation, those who have a driving license issued before 25.02.2003 are entitled to the SRC type authorization certificate, exempted from the training and examination. Those who will issue such certificates can get detailed information from the document receipts www.ubgup.gazi.edu.tr.

According to the article 36, paragraph 2 of the Road Transport Regulation, if the real persons who have D3 and K2 authorization certificates and who are the drivers of the vehicle registered in their names as their own drivers; these individuals are not required to obtain SRC type Professional qualification certificate and psychotechnical report as required by the legislation.
