Capacity Report
Capacity Report; It is the document which is prepared as a result of the determination of how many units can be produced within a year by means of the existing machinery and labour force of the public and private sector organizations operating in industrial production, industrial service and construction sector and mining operations. The validity period of the Capacity Report is 2 years. (Mineral oil production is determined as 1 year.)

• Council of Ministers Decision No. 7/9914 published in the Official Gazette dated 28/5/1975
• Implementation Regulation of TOBB (Article 58)
• Import and export regulations
• Decree and Regulation on the Production and Consumption of Foodstuffs 560.

In Which Areas Is the Capacity Report Used?
• In the industrial registration process,
• Participation in tenders of various institutions and organizations,
• To benefit from the rights granted to industrialists and exporters,
• Some production inputs are provided at discount rates,
• To benefit from the allocations given to industrialists,
• In quota applications,
• Various investigations of public.
• Participation in domestic and international fairs
• Domestic and foreign credit supply
• Purchase of Manufacturer Certificate
• In tax reviews
• Investment Incentive Certificate
• Inward Processing Permit
• Temporary Acceptance Permit Applications and closing of the commitments within the scope of these documents.
How Capacity Report Processing Works?
The firm fills in the application form and the petition form regarding the subject of the application. Applies to the Research and Foreign Trade Service together with other required documents.
• The application is evaluated by the relevant reporter and discussed in the Board of Directors to determine the committee.
• Officer expert, together with the engineer, visit the company's workplace at a predetermined date,
• Expert engineers are sent to make the approval in accordance with the measurement and detection capacity criteria Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB),
• After the approval of TOBB, 2 copies of one of the reports returned to our Chamber shall be given to the company and the other shall be issued and the report shall be prepared.
The report is compiled in 2 copies of the report and kept in the file of the firm.
